Point bank: A new report revealed that our fair city is the second most expensive place to rent a one-bedroom in the entire country, with the average rent for a one-bedroom sitting at $1,900 — despite dropping 5% month-over-month. In fact, one-bedroom rent in Toronto has fallen over 17% since this time last year.

That being said, you might be happy to learn that listings much cheaper than this actually exist.
